The founders of the Aurora Minerals Group, Kaisar Kozhamuratov and Said Sultanov became finalists of the Kazakhstan stage of the prestigious international competition for entrepreneurs Ernst and Young "Entrepreneur of the Year".

 

The EY Entrepreneur of the Year contest covers 145 cities in 60 countries around the world. Every year, business representatives who have managed to successfully implement their business ideas in rapidly changing market conditions take part in the competition.

 

The finalists of the competition were evaluated by an independent jury, which included recognized leaders of Kazakhstan business and heads of large organizations. The merits and achievements of entrepreneurs were assessed according to criteria such as the specifics of the company's strategic development, innovation, as well as leadership and reputation of the participants.

 

The winners of the national stage of the EY Entrepreneur of the Year competition will traditionally travel to Monte Carlo, Monaco, where they will compete with the best entrepreneurs from around the world at the international stage of the competition.

 

The entry of the founders of the Aurora Minerals Group into the final of the EY "Entrepreneur of the Year" was the result of a productive 2021, at the end of which the company celebrated its 6th anniversary.

 

Over the 6 years of its existence, Aurora Minerals Group has increased the number of employees from 5 to 250 people and has grown into a group of companies providing a full range of services in the field of geological exploration and subsoil use. Aurora Minerals Group, effectively operating under the "One stop shop" model, is already successfully exporting its services outside the Kazakhstan market.
