From August 5, 2021 Aurora Minerals Group introduced the Ashyq system to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection COVID-19 among employees. According to the Decree №33 of Chief State Sanitary Inspector of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 29.07.2021 "On introduction of Ashyq project at business objects" is a compulsory order for operation of the enterprise.

For the sake of security and health of people around us, all employees and guests of Aurora Minerals Group are obliged to scan QR-code before entering our company's offices and show Ashyq status at the reception. We want to mention that the mask regime was introduced on a compulsory basis in April and is up to date.
The company has also introduced a policy of giving bonuses to employees to encourage the number of vaccinated employees, thereby reducing the risk of the virus spreading in the company. Aurora AG Limited 62.5%, Aurora Minerals Group 43%, NovaDrilling 63%, and Aurora Quest Services Ltd 68.3% of employees have been vaccinated to date. The remaining employees are required to have regular PCR testing and receive the vaccine at a later date.
